All-round Sanding Problem Solution to Realize Mass Production
Modular design of sanding components can be arranged and combined according to different sanding processes.

Configuration description:
1. The machine is equipped with 10 sets of sanding units, which are composed of six sets of sanding components.
2. The first, second, third and fourth sets of sanding parts, eight groups of disc sanding units, 360 degree positive rotation and 360 degree reversal respectively, carry out all-round sanding and sanding on all corners of the workpiece;
3. Fifth, sixth, set of sanding parts, two groups of straight sand roll sanding units, one positive and the other negative, large diameter sand roll large area sanding, the first several sanding lines are thoroughly dredged, and the concave convex surface is sanded.
4. The machine is equipped with 10 125MM dust-collecting ports to ensure the dust-collecting effect. In order to achieve the best dust-collecting effect, the best wind speed in the dust-collecting exhaust pipe should be kept at about 30 m/s.
5. The feed width is 1000 MM and 1300 MM.
6. The equipment is equipped with an input and output material detection device, and the program regulates the start and stop of the sand rollers, which can effectively protect the head and tail of the workpiece and the protrusion from wearing sand.

Transverse sanding unit (A1, A2 positive and negative group)
The two groups of horizontal spiral roll positive and reverse sanding group sanded the transverse concave and convex surfaces of the workpiece, both sides of which can be sanded in place.
